Using our website means you accept these terms.
We may update these terms anytime, so please check this page occasionally.

2. Products & Personalization

• Most of our items are custom-made as per customer input.

• Once a personalized order is placed, changes may not be possible if production has started.

• Colors may slightly vary due to lighting and screen settings.

• For customized products, the customer is responsible for:

  • Spellings

  • Text provided

  • Uploaded images

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices displayed are final (we offer free shipping on all orders).

• Payments can be made via secure online methods.

• We do not store any card/UPI details.

• Cash on Delivery (where available) may have verification steps.

4. Order Confirmation

• You will receive an order confirmation via Email/WhatsApp/SMS.

• If incorrect contact details are provided, we are not responsible for missed updates.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Personalized products cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

• Non-personalized orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer Free Shipping on every order.

• Delivery time: 3–8 business days depending on location.

• Delays may occur due to festivals, courier issues, or remote locations.

• Once dispatched, we cannot modify the delivery address.

7. Return & Refunds

Since most items are personalized:

• We do not accept returns for customized products unless:

  • The product is damaged

  • There is a manufacturing defect

  • The wrong item was delivered

Eligible refunds are processed after product verification.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to use SoulmateGifting for lawful purposes only.
Providing fake, harmful, or misleading information may result in order cancellation.

9. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, content, logos, and products on SoulmateGifting are our property.
You may not copy, reuse, or resell without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners.

• We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery.

• We are not responsible for misuse of products after purchase.
