Because of this, our refund and return rules are slightly different from normal stores. Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.
We accept a return or replacement only in the following rare cases:
If any of the above applies, we will replace the product free of cost.
To process a return/replace request, you must send:
Clear unboxing video (mandatory)
Photos of the issue
Order number
This helps us verify the problem quickly.
You must inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
After that, we may not be able to process a return due to courier policies.
Refunds are provided only if:
Replacement is not possible
Product is out of stock
Order was canceled before processing
Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated to the original payment method within 3–7 working days.
Refunds will NOT be given for:
Customer entered wrong name/spelling/date
Wrong color/size selected by customer
Delays caused by courier partners
Orders stuck due to unreachable phone number
Cash on Delivery refusal
Damage caused after delivery
We do not offer exchanges for personalized items.
If a customer refuses a COD order:
The account may be restricted
Future COD orders may be blocked
Please accept the parcel once dispatched.
