If there is minor glitches It can be sort it out by settlement or Soulmate Support executive Will check verify everything executive has full rights to approve or reject refund Request If you are elgible for refund Money will be redirected in Your account via any wallet To claim delivery damage , we need full parcel 360 degree opening video .(Generally We pack the products properly so there is no chance of damage. 

Cancellations

As customise product is prepared as per your choice with your name design or image. So it cant be cancel or Replace or Return. Rest we provide best products with best finishing. We try best that you dont need to use this service.
